Your Extreme Success Services.  My company provides educational trainings, mentorship and consulting for real estate investors at all levels.  Whether you're starting out as an investor or looking to diversify or scale, we've done just about everything in regards to real estate deals and training.  See my bio for more info on my background.

Our consulting calls are to help you get started with you business, prep you for your live mentorship or help you with a deal.  It's up to you for whatever you may need.  My 40+ years of business experience with not only real estate is invaluable, as quoted by many of my students/clients.

From my experience in personally training over 1400 clients I've found that the in person mentorship is many times over more helpful than any coaching program or over the phone calls.  The challenge with most people is not studying or reading trying to educate themselves, it's taking action and getting started.  We learn your weak points and strengths and help you develop what you need by taking you by the hand or kicking you in the butt to get you going.  Out in the field training you can not get from sitting at home surfing on your computer.  It primarily consists of some prep work to get things ready for our time together.  Complete our trainings and schedule the dates for us to come out and work with you.  What we do while we're there depends on what you may need help with since it's catered to the individual, not a cookie cutter robot experience.  Areas of common interest would be, but not limited to, locating deals, setting up marketing, looking at properties, evaluating deals, negotiating, making offers, talking to sellers, lenders and whomever else you may need to help with your local business.  After we leave you have access to us for as long as you need us.  Check out our testimonials for some examples.  

If we do remote consulting we can do it by phone or a zoom type of meeting.  If we meet in person for your mentorship, we keep things professional by staying at a business friendly hotel.  Many times there are distractions at clients personal residence so we start from the hotel each day, plan out our agenda then go from there depending on what we mutually agreed to spend time on.  

Once you complete your training classes and consulting calls and schedule your mentorship, we send you homework to prepare for our arrival.  Depending on how many days you have and how far we may have to travel to meet you we fly or drive in to the selected city.  We can travel to any city in the U.S. but recommend that students start investing near where they live for simplicity and ease of learning and managing your business.  We can work in other markets from where you live.  Real Estate investing works every where there is real estate.  If we start the same day then students pick us up at the airport and we start from there.  If it's a lot of travel we may travel the day before and meet you at the hotel the next morning.  It's different depending on location.  Your mentor pays for their own travel, hotel and meals so there's no expense for the mentors personal expenses during their stay however the clients are responsible for providing travel during the mentorship when traveling together, to and from the hotel each day and airport if arrangements are made for that.  If there are parking fees, tolls, admission prices for anything related to the mentorship then that expense would be on the client.  If you have a commercial office setting then it MAY be suitable for working each day.  It would be up to your mentor to decide since most home settings have way too many distractions and for everyone's safety we prefer to work in public places as much as possible.  Each day is 8 hours of time with your mentor so be ready to "hit the ground running".

Once services are paid for and your classes are completed you would then schedule calls or go directly to scheduling your live mentorship.  We recommend scheduling 30 days or more out to allow for making travel arrangements and allow time to complete homework that your mentor will send you prior to arriving.  Depending on the package you purchased will determine how much time you may have for calls with your mentor before and after the live mentorship however emails are unlimited.  Communication after the mentorship is unlimited for 30 days after then whatever consulting package you have would start.
